Cologne-based multi-instrumentalist Roman Biewer, better known as Disso!ver, presents his second studio album „Die völlige Abwesenheit von Punk“. Biewer always draws on a wide variety of influences and quotes influences from the genres of Krautrock and Neokraut, indie rock, Hamburg School and New Wave in his music. „Die völlige Abwesenheit von Punk“ was created between 2020 and 2024. Apart from the drum tracks, which were recorded by Jan Philipp Janzen, known from Die Sterne, Urlaub in Polen, Von Spar and Dumbo Tracks, and the main vocals in “Die Antinatale”, which were provided by Tobias Ortmanns from Komplizen Der Spielregeln, Biewer once again arranged everything, recorded all the other instruments, sang and pre-produced the songs.
