Der Song handelt vom ständigen inneren Dialog, den wir alle führen – von den negativen Glaubenssätzen und den Geschichten, die wir uns unbewusst immer wieder erzählen und die so unsere Realität prägen. Dieses selbstgewählte Gefängnis, die Lieblingsgeschichte, loszulassen fällt schwer, denn das altbekannte Elend gibt uns Sicherheit. Dennoch lädt „Favourite Narrative“ mit seiner positiven Stimmung dazu ein, gedanklich und körperlich in Bewegung zu kommen. The song is about the constant inner dialogue we all have – the negative beliefs and stories we unconsciously tell ourselves over and over again, shaping our reality. It is difficult to let go of this self-imposed prison, our favourite story, because the familiar misery gives us security. Nevertheless, with its positive vibe, „Favourite Narrative“ invites us to get moving, both mentally and physically.
