Am 12. August 2026 wird die neue europäische Verpackungsverordnung – Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulatio, kurz PWR (Verordnung (EU) 2025/40) – in weiten Teilen unmittelbar geltendes Recht in allen EU-Mitgliedstaaten. Sie löst die bisherige EU-Verpackungsrichtlinie (94/62/EG) ab.
Diese neue Verordnung macht den Versand ins EU-Ausland für Barhill Records unwirtschaftlich. Weshalb wir von nun an nur noch deutschlandweit versenden werden – bis eine kostengünstige Lösung gefunden ist. Tut uns leid, aber dies ist nicht unsere Schuld.
On 12 August 2026, the new European Packaging Regulation – the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, or PWR for short (Regulation (EU) 2025/40) – will, for the most part, become directly applicable law in all EU Member States. It replaces the previous EU Packaging Directive (94/62/EC).
This new regulation makes shipping to other EU countries uneconomical for Barhill Records. We will therefore only be shipping within Germany from now on – until a cost-effective solution is found. We’re sorry, but this is not our fault.
