Disso!ver is a one-man indie/Kraut project from Cologne and exists since 2017. Behind it is multi-instrumentalist Roman Biewer. The all-rounder sings and plays guitar as well as bass and synthesizer, records, writes lyrics, arranges, produces and is also responsible for the mix. Biewer is also the singer and guitarist of the Cologne-based indie band The Lo-Fi Fair and held the same position with the German metal band The Experience, which existed between 1995 and 2001.
